O2 Insurance

When you buy your phone or tablet from O2, there’s no need to go to an outside source for your insurance. O2 have designed a range of policies to suit your budgets and needs.

Mobile Insurance

The policy is dependent on your handset. It starts at £3 a month, going up to £12.50. You can be protected against accidental damage, unattended loss from a secure premises, attended theft, accidental loss, accessories, worldwide cover, replacement abroad and excess. o2 customer service

Accidental Damage only cover (for iPhone 5C/5S)

This costs £6 a month and covers iPhone users against accidental damage including water and screen damage.

How to buy

If you are a pay monthly customer, simply call in your local store or contact O2 customer services.

If you are a pay & go customer, you can only purchase mobile insurance in store with valid proof of purchase required.

Submit a claim

To claim, call O2 customer services.

Tablet Insurance

O2 can cover your tablet for theft, accidental loss, water damage and accidents. Most claims can be made in a simple phone call. You will be sent a replacement tablet so you can get back to normal quickly.

Simply ask in-store  or call customer services.
